Douglas Hershey

A hike and some fresh air have always inspired him through colors, textures, and sounds.

At Scheffey, Doug is responsible for developing creative concepts, design communication, and managing all production. His past experience includes roles with several local and regional agencies, as well as owner of Weston Design, Lancaster – which merged with Scheffey in 2004. Doug’s work at Scheffey has helped clients bring their brands to life with impactful creative that exceeds their goals and works to move them forward.

Doug and his wife Lisa live just outside of Lancaster. He has two amazing daughters and six adorable grandkids. When he’s not hiking in his spare time, he also enjoys motorcycling, reading, traveling and tending backyard chickens.
