Willow Valley Resort & Conference Center, a leader in the hospitality industry unveils a new level of service to its convention, group, banquet and wedding guests.
Starting this fall, Willow Valley expands its service to business and leisure groups by offering service for groups who wish to serve alcoholic beverages at meetings and events. The enhanced service provides Willow Valley trained servers to groups who opt to supply beer, wine and spirits.
“A big part of Willow Valley’s success over the last 40 years has been our ability to consistently deliver high quality service. We do this by listening to our guests and creating opportunities to enhance the experience,” said Sheryl Holzbauer, Vice President of Community Relations for Willow Valley Associates. “As more and more groups inquired about this type of service during their stay at Willow Valley, we began to look for ways to meet the need.”
For Willow Valley, the new service meant additional training for staff, ordering glassware, as well as developing a system for receiving and storing alcohol for individual events.
In addition to its 342 guest rooms, Willow Valley offers more than 20,000 sq. ft. of versatile meeting space with flexible floor plans and room arrangements to accommodate groups from as small as 15 to as large as 1,000. Groups can choose between several packages including: The Premier Conference Package, The Complete Meeting Package, Day Meeting Package and the all-inclusive Wedding Package.
Willow Valley’s alcoholic beverage service for groups is the latest in a string of recent improvements including the renovations of 307 guest rooms, meeting rooms, lobby and courtyard. Guests are also able to relax at the new gazebo and fire pit. Additionally, the entire resort and conference center has gone smoke-free.
